The Lions continued their dominance at the district tournament, with their second consecutive 10-0 victory. The win gave Lynden an automatic trip to regionals, and a spot in the district championship game against Archbishop Murphy. Junior Coston Parcher pitched a two-hit shutout to pick up his fourth win of the season, while helping his cause offensively with two hits and two runs batted in. Senior shortstop Cade Slayton also had a pair of hits and RBI’s, while Lincoln VanDiest, Lane Heeringa and Kobe Baar each scored a pair of runs.

A top-notch pitching performance by the Red Wolves ended the season for the Storm. Squalicum managed just three hits, two by senior shortstop Connor Brueske, but that would be it offensively. Freshman Ben Hebert pitched well in relief, going five innings and allowing just two hits and no runs.
