THE FEATURED FOUR
Colby Lewis – Junior – Guard/Defensive Tackle
He emerged last season as one of the team’s most outstanding offensive linemen last season, and was rewarded with an All-Conference 2nd Team selection. He was a force last season in limited time on the defensive line. His impact should be even greater this year.
Nick Watt – Senior – Wide Receiver/Safety
He combines incredible football IQ with tremendous athletic ability. He great match for a high school player, especially at the safety position where he exceled last season. He was great against the run and the pass, and put up top numbers. He could be a main target in the passing game as well this season.
Deandre Dunmore – Junior – Running Back/Inside Linebacker
A true powerful running back, that will be a load to bring down. Very quick feet as well, and will always drive forward. He played very well at inside linebacker last season, and has quick instincts needed for the position.
Mason Myers – Senior – Inside Linebacker
See that picture? Yeah, that’s exactly how he plays football. He’s intense, he wants to hit, and he wants you to remember it. A true linebacker through and through. He doesn’t let his height become an issue, and is one of the strongest players on the team.
Who will be Squalicum’s break out player?
Jacob Sorenson – Senior – Wide Receiver/Cornerback
Very rangy, in the Kai Posey mold, only bigger. About 6-foot-5 and 200 pounds, playing on the outside will be tough for his opponents, on both sides of the ball. He will provide a great target, and his press coverage will be dynamic.
