The Lyncs overwhelmed the Bayhawks early on, and jumped out to a 24-6 lead after one quarter.

The over quickness and spot-on shooting of Lynden Christian enabled the fast start.

C. VanHofwegen

Senior guard Gannon Dykstra neared a triple-double once again as he finished with 30 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists. Sophomore southpaw shooter Gunnar Dykstra added 16 points.

The inside presence of sophomore Kaden Veldman and senior Luke VanKooten proved to be strong as well as the two combined for 23 points, 12 rebounds and five blocked shots.

Bellingham was led by sophomore Calvin VanHofwegen who came off the bench to score 11 points. Senior forward Kincade VanHouten added eight points and seven rebounds.

James

The Blackhawk offense was in full effect on the road as they shot 51.9% as a team, and six different players scored in double digits.

Sophomore center Deandre James had a huge game as he scored a team-high 33 points on 16-of-20 shooting. He also pulled down 12 rebounds and blocked three shots, which ended up as team highs as well.

Sophomore guard Dyson Edwards had 13 points, eight assists and seven steals, and junior guard Jerome Toby added 10 points, eight boards and seven assists.

Sophomore guard Landon LaFontaine came off the bench to drill three 3-pointers, and he finished with 11 points.

The Lions shot an efficient 49% from the floor, including 39% from beyond the arc, as they took the home win against the talented Cougars.

Senior forward Brant Heppner had 17 points, five rebounds and five blocks to lead the Lynden charge, and junior Spencer Adams posted a double-double with 10 points and a team-high 12 rebounds.

Sophomore point guard Gordy Bedlington had 15 points, and was a perfect 3-for-3 from three-point land. Sophomore guard Malachi Koenen scored nine points off the bench, all of which came from downtown.

Wills

Senior forward Jonah Brillowsky had 14 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Golden Eagles to the home victory.

Ferndale senior Hunter Wills added 13 points, eight rebounds and four steals, and junior guard Cooper Vincent had 10 points and seven boards.

Senior forward Tommy Mack grabbed a team-high 13 rebounds to go with his four points and four assists, and junior forward Mantaj Singh neared a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds.
