Sehome 3, Bellingham 0

Mariner senior Noah Allen kicked off the scoring about halfway through the first half with a goal that was assisted by junior Julian Herring. Junior Liam Schumacher then assisted on the following two goals, one by senior Owen Tepker and the other by senior Asher Sullivan. Sehome remains undefeated on the season.


Lynden Christian 5, Mount Baker 0

Senior Jude Decker followed up his 5-goal effort from last week by adding three more goals against the Mountaineers. Gunnar Parriera scored the opening goal, on an assist from Harvest Howell. Howell then scored the second goal and was assisted by Gunner DeKoster. Decker’s goals were assisted by Trevin Molendyk, Kaleb Dzwowa and DeKoster. Devin Wubben finished with four saves and recorded the shutout.


Ferndale 2, Anacortes 0

Senior Phoenyx Finkbonner opened the scoring in the first half on a pass from Coen Braun after some nice ball movement. The Ferndale defense also stood out in the first half, allowing just two shots on goal. Andrew Richins had a free kick in the second half which just tipped by the Seahawk goalkeeper off the crossbar and then headed in by senior Katahdin Fasani.


Mount Vernon 5, Lynden 1

The Bulldogs did it to a Whatcom County team once again, as they defeated the Lions at home. Lynden’s lone goal came from Eddy Briseno, who leads his team with four on the season.
