The Trojans controlled the ball for most of the game, and took advantage by coming out with the shutout win. Sophomore midfielder Skyler Rowe led the attack with two goals, and Meridian also got a goal from senior Ryan Rempp and junior Kellen Todd.
Lynden Christian 8, Mount Baker 0
24 hours after playing each other on a different field, this game produced similar results as the Lyncs once again powered past the Mountaineers. Jude Decker kept his hot streak alive by scoring two goals to lead the way. Lynden Christian also got a pair of goals from freshman midfielder Colby Honcoop. Sophomore Gunner DeKoster had a nice game with a goal and two assists, and the Lyncs also got goals from junior forward Kaleb Dzwowa, senior midfielder Josh Hubbard and junior midfielder Trevin Molendyk. Levi Dekoster totaled two assists, and other assists were dished out by senior Malachi VanderMey, Oak Howell and Logan Bos.
