Meridian 2, Blaine 1
The Trojans scored twice very early in the contest. Senior Taran Burks scored first and was assisted by sophomore Skyler Rowe, and moments later it was Rowe who scored and he was assisted by Burks. The score remained 2-0 for the majority of the game, and the Borderites got on the board late with a penalty kick from sophomore Dmitriy Yuryev.
Burlington-Edison 3, Ferndale 1
The Golden Eagles had their chances, but were unable to score on multiple attempts against the Tigers. Ferndale’s lone score came when sophomore Coen Braun found senior Katahdin Fasani for the goal.
