ARCHBISHOP MURPHY 3, SEHOME 1
The Wildcats defeated the Mariners 25-18 in the first set, but Sehome came back to win the second set 28-26 to even up the match.
The Mariners hung with the Wildcats, but Archbishop Murphy won the next two sets, 25-18, and a thrilling 28-26 finale.
The loss ended the season for Sehome.

The Trojans defeated the Eagles 25-13, 25-10 and 25-13 to lock in a berth in the 1A state tournament.
Sophomore Ameila Koning served up five aces to lead her team, while freshman Melanie Short had 11 kills and eight digs.
Sophomore Eden Bernardy led her team with 12 digs while also picking up three aces and five kills. Senior Grace Wells had 21 assists, and junior Gracie Pap ended with six kills (.857 hitting percentage) and a block.
Senior Rylan Bernardy and junior Kinsley Neal finished with four aces each.
Meridian will open up the state tournament at the Yakima SunDome with a 10:45 am match against The Bear Creek School on Friday.
LYNDEN CHRISTIAN 3, GRANITE FALLS 0
The Lyncs added more Whatcom County flavor to the 1A state tournament by punching their ticket after defeating the Tigers 25-17, 25-11 and 25-13.
Junior Alli Wright prevailed above the net with 10 kills and 2.5 blocks to lead Lynden Christian, and junior Etta DeJong also finished with 10 kills.
Junior Ella Fritts handed out 38 assists to go along with her team-high 10 digs and three kills.
Sophomore Jocelyn Eshuis added nine kills and two blocks, while junior Ellie Meyer finished with five aces and eight digs.
The Lyncs will play Stevenson at 2:30 on Friday in the opening round of the 1A state tournament at the Yakima SunDome.
