Senior Emersyn Bakker struck out 16 batters as she pitched all seven innings to pick up the victory. Senior shortstop Jordyn Vezzetti drove in six runs, three of which came on a line-drive homerun to center field. Junior left fielder Brie Smith picked up three hits and sophomore center fielder Mesa Puls scored three runs in the Blaine opener.

The Lions appeared to be in mid-season form in their first outing as they scored in nearly every inning before shutting out the Wildcats. Senior pitcher Trinity Andrew allowed just one hit over four innings while striking out nine. Senior outfielders Childrey DeJong and Sierra Alexander each picked up three hits, while sophomore second baseman Campbell DeJong scored four runs and junior shortstop Melanie Anderson hit a solo homerun.

Senior right fielder Addie DeJong proved to be a tough out as she went 3-for-3 and scored four runs to lead the Lyncs over the Bayhawks. Kenzie Lenssen, Kassidy VanSoest and Alivia Brink each knocked in three runs, while Taya Vander Kooi scored three runs. VanSoest pitched the first two innings to pick up her second win of the season. 21 of her 23 pitches were for strikes, and she struck out all six batters that she faced. Cassie Berwick, Laura Porter and Angelina Bellefeuille all reached base for Bellingham.
