In a tale of two halves, the Blackhawks charged ahead in the first half, racking up 30 points while keeping the Loggers off the scoreboard.
Coming out of halftime, however, Lummi Nation was slowed down by a tighter defense and running clock. The Blackhawks scored just 13 points to the Loggers’ seven.
Lummi Nation was led in scoring by sophomore guard Jemma James with 16 points. Fellow guards junior, Ailina Rabang, and junior, Kashlyn Mack, each contributed eight points.

The pressure defense of the Golden Eagles forced 36 turnovers, which was turned into instant offense as Ferndale picked up the home win.
Sophomore guard Brooklyn Larrabee led the defensive charge with 10 steals, and she followed it up with 10 points on 5-of-9 shooting.
Junior guard Abbey White scored 20 points to lead the offense, and junior guard Kayla Washington added 18 points, six assists and five steals.
Junior forward Jillea Fox grabbed a team-high seven rebounds despite playing limited minutes because of foul trouble throughout the contest.

Lynden 49, Bellevue Christian 32
The Lions went on the road and held the Vikings to just 17 points over the first three quarters, and to just 29% shooting overall as Lynden grabbed the win to stay undefeated this season.
Sophomore guard Finley Parcher got things going with three quick buckets early on in the paint, and she finished with 17 points and nine rebounds.
Junior forward Payton Mills added 16 points and eight rebounds.
Lynden’s outside shot was strangely off for the majority of the game, and a 3-point shot didn’t fall until 2:20 left in the game, which was hit by junior forward Rian Stephan. She finished with seven points and three boards.
