The Turks started out hot and scored 14 points in the first quarter, and held a five-point advantage to that point. However, the Storm turned it around at home from there on out, and allowed just 14 more points the rest of the game and came away with the big win.

Sophomore guard Tiana Thompson scored 13 points, had five rebounds and four steals to lead Squalicum. Sophomore Carli Kiesau had 11 points and seven rebounds, and freshman Kailana Perez came off the bench to score 10 points.

Other leaders off the bench included junior Jolie Paz who had four steals, and sophomore Colee Harper who pulled down a team-high nine rebounds, eight of which were offensive.

Fox

It was all Thunderbirds early and often as the Golden Eagles could do little to stop their offensive attack.

Ferndale was able to put up 18 points in the fourth quarter, but the damage had already been done.

Junior forward Jilly Fox scored 13 points, grabbed five rebounds and had four steals to lead the Golden Eagles. Junior guard Abbey White added nine points.

Sophomore guard Brooklyn Larrabee scored five points, had five rebounds, four steals and two assists.
