I’m curious why the interior defensive lineman and the defensive ends are both put in the defensive lineman category. True, defensive end is a line position. but interior line and defensive end are not even close to the same Personally , knowing who plays the different positions would help me to access the degree of the deeds the players accomplished. thank-you foryour site and for your service.
I noticed there was only one 1st string defensive linemen for Whatcom County whereas there were 3 2nd string. I’m curious if that was intentional or was an error. Of course I’m biased as my son had a great season with stats to show it. He’s had an amazing year and while honored to make 2nd string he was a bit disappointed considering his stats and the impact he has had in crucial situations.
Thanks for all your hard work!
Just a dad that loves watching my kid play ball!
There was only one 1st team selection from Whatcom County. If you scroll to the bottom there were many others that were named 1st Team Defensive Line from schools outside of the county. I only focus on the kids from Whatcom County. Selections were made by all the football coaches.
Hey Tyler, I looked at things more closely and saw where I had spoken in error. Thanks for getting back to me.
Thanks for all you do guys! Do you know when the 3A selections will be available?
You’re welcome! I would imagine that the 3A will come out soon. They had their meeting a few nights ago.
