In a game that featured just three runs, and less hits, the Trojans escaped with the narrow victory. The Lions manufactured their run in the third inning when sophomore shortstop Gordy Bedlington came around to score on an error by the third baseman. Junior Matthew Carroll took the loss on the mound despite giving up just one hit and one earned run over three innings.

With the game tied at 4-4, with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning, the Wildcats’ number three hitter tripled, and later scored on a balk to end the game. The Pioneers opened the scoring in the first inning when senior shortstop Colby Martin walked which forced in Suylas Tijerina. Connor Hopkins then scored three innings later on an error to give Nooksack Valley a 2-0 lead, but Toppenish scored four runs in the bottom of the inning to take the lead. A triple off the bat of Landen Stauffer scored Evan Brown in the top of the sixth, and a single from Tyler Martin scored Stauffer to tie the game up a few batters later. Hopkins led the Pioneers with two hits.

The Vikings scored in each of the first four innings to hand the Lions their second loss of the day. Lynden got on the board in the top of the third inning when they loaded the bases after three walks. Tyler Hanson then walked, which forced in Dane Marti. Two batters later, Jax Baar scored on a passed ball. Marti reached base three times with a double and pair of walks, and he also stole a base. Hanson walked three times. Junior pitcher Spencer Adams struck out six batters over three innings but took the loss for Lynden.
