A bases loaded walk by Mariner catcher Jackson Evans broke a 4-4 tie in the bottom of the fifth with one out, and that was followed up by another walk by Sonny Myers which scored the sixth Sehome run of the game. Myers then came on the close the game in the seventh to pick up the save. Senior Ryder McGrath started the game on the mound and struck out three batters and allowed just one run over three innings. Hudson pitched the following three innings and picked up the win. Left fielder Gunnar Anderson led the Mariners with two hits. Trojan second baseman Trey Alexander went 2-for-4 with a double to lead off the game, and sophomore pitcher Nate Payne also went 2-for-3 at the plate. Payne struck out four batters over three innings.

After giving up two runs in the top of the first, the Lyncs came back to score three runs in the bottom of the fourth when Eli Stamps singled in Trey Johnson, Vance Elton singled in Stamps and Blayden VanderMeulen scored on a single from Eli Maberry. The Eagles then went on to score nine runs over the next two innings. Johnson had two hits, including a triple and VanderMeulen also rapped two hits. Tanner Blair pitched the final two innings of the game and allowed just one hit and no runs.

The Storm committed seven errors against a very strong Tiger team, and Burlington-Edison took the fullest advantage it could. Pitcher Cameron Schmitt and right fielder Phoenix Price each had a base hit for Squalicum, and leadoff hitter Davis Miller walked twice. Hudson Johnson pitched three innings in relief and struck out two batters.

The Bayhawks lost their third consecutive game to start the season, as they offense has yet to come around. Sophomore pitcher Ben Leonard reached base twice with bases on balls, and he also struck out four batters while on the mound.
