The Bears scored the first run of the game, and the last run of the game, but the Trojans scored all six of theirs in between. Sophomore Nate Payne pounded two doubles and scored two runs, while Tristan Wang and Cy Wickham each had a pair of hits. Pierce Brzozowski took the mound for the first time this season, and he responded with six innings of 2-hit ball and he struck out six before Trey Alexander finished it off in the final inning.

After three scoreless innings, the Lions scored in the top of the third inning when Spencer Adams singled up the middle to score Gordy Bedlington, and the Vikings went on to score 10 runs over the next three innings. Adams and Conner LeBel each had two hits to lead Lynden in the non-conference game on the road.
