Wills

The Golden Eagles flew out to a 15-0 lead to begin the game, and never looked back as Ferndale put forth its biggest offensive output of the year in the home victory.

Senior forward Hunter Wills had his best performance of the season by knocking down 10-of-15 from the field as he finished with 24 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and three steals.

Harward

Junior forward Mantaj Singh also had the magic touch as he drained 8-of-13 from the field to total 21 points, and senior forward Jonah Brillowsky added 17 points, eight boards and six assists.

The Bayhawks were led by junior forward Joe Harward who had 15 points and four steals.

Senior forward Gabe VanHofwegen had 11 points while going 6-for-7 from the foul line, and senior forward Kincade VanHouten added 10 points and five rebounds.

Mal. Koenen

The Lions found themselves down by a point after the first quarter, but they strongly outscored the Tigers in each of the next three quarters to stay undefeated on the season.

Sophomore guard Malachi Koenen hit 5-of-8 shots from the field, including three 3-pointers, and he finished with 13 points, five rebounds and four assists, and he was matched in scoring by the return of senior forward Jack Stapleton who had 13 points and two blocked shots in limited minutes.

Senior forward Brant Heppner added 10 points, and junior guard Spencer Adams had six points, seven assists and six rebounds.

James

In a tightly packed gym, with a playoff-like atmosphere, the Hawks erased a double-digit deficit in the fourth quarter by going on a 26-11 run to end the game and grab the huge win at home.

The Blackhawks were led by the inside and outside presence of sophomore center Deandre James and junior point guard Jerome Toby.

James shot 9-for-13 from the field and finished with 19 points and 16 rebounds, and Toby led his team with 20 points, five steals and four assists.

Sophomore guard Landon LaFontaine added 11 points, and was 3-for-8 from beyond the arc.

Kelley

The Mariners were down 29-21 at the half, and were able to stage a comeback in the second half by ending the game on an 11-4 run, but just ran out of time as the Cougars picked up the win.

Junior forward Xavier Kelley was the main catalyst in the second half comeback as he finished with a career-high 25 points.

Junior guard Nolan Wright added 10 points, and he was closely followed by senior center Cole Turrell.
