The Bayhawks struggled last week scoring points, but started this week off with a bang by pouring in 44 points in the first half on their way to defeating the Bulldogs at home.
Junior forward Joe Harward made 12 of his 17 attempts from the field and finished with 28 points and eight rebounds, which led Bellingham in both categories.
Senior forward Kincade VanHouten scored 21 points, and hit four of his eight attempts from long range.
Sophomore guard Calvin VanHofwegen added 13 points of 6-of-11 shooting, as well as seven rebounds, three assists and three steals.

Lynden 52, King’s 41
The Lions found themselves down by six points after the first quarter, but bounced back in the second quarter and went on a 16-2 run to lead 25-17 at the half.
Lynden then held on in the second half to defeat King’s in the ShoWare Center in Kent.
Senior forward Brant Heppner led the way with 24 points, seven rebounds and two blocks on 10-of-14 shooting.
Junior guard Spencer Adams knocked down two of his three 3-point attempts and finished with nine points, and guards Jayden Navarre and Gordy Bedlington combined for 11 assists.

The Borderites scored a season-high 67 points, but it wasn’t enough as the Wildcats shot 45% from downtown and picked up the win.
Senior forward Jacob Dohner scored a career-high 21 points on 9-of-11 shooting to lead Blaine.
Senior guard Josiah Weeda finished with 16 points, nine rebounds and four assists, and senior center Abdul Kanagie added 15 points and eight rebounds.
Kai Kerwin and Beckum Bleazard had four assists each for the Borderites.
