Liam Schumacher scored on a penalty kick, and assisted on the other two goal to lead the Mariners to the road victory. Rudy Zurcher scored the first goal of the game, and Sehome’s third goal game from Keaton Hayes. The Borderite goal came from Dima Yuryev.
Lynden 2, Ferndale 0
In one of the more physical games of the year, the Lions got back on track at home. Eddy Briseno and Ivan Garcia-Zapata scored for Lynden.
Meridian 3, Lakewood 0
The Trojans won their second game in a row, this time on the road as goals from Omar Abdo, Kellen Todd and Damion Hayes proved to be the difference.
Squalicum 8, Lynden Christian 0
It was all Storm at home, with eight different players netting a goal. Squalicum received goals from Sebastian Cruz, Isaac Grimes, Cody McCaulley, Christian Valerio-Garcia, Drew Swanson, Slade Kaiser, Conor Baillie and Nico Jurado-Reyes.
Bellingham 2, Burlington-Edison 2
The Tigers scored the first two goals of the game, and led 2-0 at the half. However, the Bayhawks clawed back as Carson Brethauer scored to get Bellingham on the board and Oliver Ochs scored in the final minute to secure the tie.
Anacortes 5, Nooksack Valley 0
The Pioneers weren’t able to connect on a goal, and gave up five at home in the battle of purple.
