The Lyncs missed a few good opportunities in the first half, and had to settle for a scoreless tie at the midway break. The Eagles scored first in the second half about 10 minutes in, and Lynden Christian answered with a goal from sophomore Harvest Howell, on an assist from junior Jacob Penner. Cedar Park Christian then scored two quick goals to pull ahead, and would eventually stay there. Gavin VanLoo registered 12 saves, including three that were one-on-one shots from the opponent.
