The Borderites enjoyed senior night as Isaiah Zuch scored in the first half to give Blaine an early advantage, and the score remained 1-0 at the half. Logan Villarreal and Christian Sanchez each scored in the second half to secure the victory.

 

Lynden Christian 4, Oak Harbor 1

The Lyncs were strong at home, and were led by the two goals from Harvest Howell. Lynden Christian also received goals from Oak Howell and Logan Bos, while assists came from Gunnar Parriera, Isaac Scott and Jackson Yun. Gavin VanLoo had 11 saves at the net.

 

Bellingham 5, Lakewood 2

The Bayhawks got back into the win column with a big victory over the Cougars. Cooper Whipple led Bellingham with a pair of goals. The Bayhawks also got goals from Titus McMurtry, Carson Brethauer and Oliver Ochs

 

Sehome 4, Anacortes 1

Mariner senior Grady Evans kicked off the scoring with a goal that was assisted by Mason Ivcevic. Rudy Zurcher scored two goals, one was assisted by Julian Herring, and the other by Sam Rosbach. Herring also scored on a free kick.

 

Squalicum 1, Sedro-Woolley 0

A goal by Drew Swanson proved to be the difference at home for the Storm.

 

Meridian 6, Nooksack Valley 0

The Trojans played the complete game on the road as Kellen Todd scored on a free kick. Meridian also got goals from Dakota Ng, Skyler Rowe, Omar Abdo, Damion Hayes and Eli Hays.

 

Burlington-Edison 6, Lynden 4

Lion freshman Markus Koenen recorded a hat trick but it wouldn’t be enough as the Tigers picked up the home win. Ivan Garcia-Zapata also scored for Lynden. Eddie Briseno and Malachi Koenen each had a pair of assists.

 

Mount Vernon 4, Ferndale 1

The Bulldogs took control of the lead early in the game, and it remained that way the rest of the night at home. The Golden Eagles got a goal from sophomore Parker McManus in the second half.
