The Golden Eagles scored first when Evan Saxman’s shot on goal hit the crossbar and went into the net. The Lyncs got a goal from Oak Howell, which was assisted by Gunnar Parriera, and they also got a goal from Josh Davis.
Meridian 3, Oak Harbor 1
The Trojans got a pair of goals from Omar Abdo, and another goal from Skyler Rowe as they picked up the win at home. The lone Wildcats goal came in the final moments of the game.
Sehome 8, Lynden 0
It was all Mariners at home as Julian Herring scored a hat trick with one penalty kick and two goals that were assisted by Blake Moore and Keaton Hayes. Liam Schumacher also scored twice and had two assists, while Sehome also got two goals from Grady Evans and another goal from Luke Yawitz.
Anacortes 4, Blaine 2
The Borderites got goals from Parker Gough and Dima Yuryev but came up short against the Seahawks on the road.
Mount Vernon 3, Nooksack Valley 0
The Pioneers continued to improve and held the high-octane Bulldogs to three goals, but weren’t able to get on the scoreboard themselves.
