In this winner-to-Spokane/loser-out game, the Blackhawks made it clear that their season was far from over and used a 15-4 run in the second quarter to help secure the victory.

Rabang

Junior guard Ailina Rabang played a complete game as she totaled 23 points, eight rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots to lead Lummi Nation. She also became the second girls player this year to surpass 400 points scored on the season.

Junior guard Kashlyn Mack added 13 points on 5-of-10 shooting, and junior guard Brianna Metteba had 12 points, seven rebounds and four assists. She also made five of her nine field goal attempts, which included shooting 2-of-3 from the three-point line.

Freshman center Celestine James, who is usually the first player of the bench, started the game in the middle and came through with seven points and a team-high nine rebounds.

The Blackhawks will face the loser of today’s Neah Bay/Pateros game on Wednesday at the Spokane Arena at 2:00.
