Mills

The Lion defense shined in the first quarter on the way to not allowing points till the buzzer and collecting 10 steals. On the other side of the ball, the Lynden offense racked up 31 points and held a 39-point lead by halftime.

A slow start and running clock limited scoring to begin the third quarter but the Lions were able go on an 18-0 run before giving way to their bench in the fourth quarter.

Turrell

Junior forward Payton Mills scored 20 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Lynden. Sophomore guard Finley Parcher also poured in 20 points on 7-of-12 shooting.

Junior forward Rian Stephan added nine points for Lynden.

The Mariners were led by the seven points and three rebounds of freshman guard Taylor Turrell.

Larrabee

The Cubs led by two points after the first quarter, but the Golden Eagles went on a 19-4 run in the second quarter to take a double-digit lead into halftime before securing the home win.

Sophomore guard Brooklyn Larrabee finished with 15 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and seven steals.

Junior guard Kayla Washington had 12 points, and drained three of her five 3-point attempts.

Junior forward Jillea Fox added 10 points, and junior guard Abbey White pulled down seven rebounds.
