Fox

A close start was quickly diminished when the Golden Eagles charged ahead on a 9-0 run at the end of the first quarter. Those nine points would be the difference makers as the Mariners began to claw back, and outscored Ferndale 15-10 in the second quarter.

A 10-0 run from the Golden Eagles carried them from the third quarter into the final quarter. The fourth quarter was the best for both defenses as a total of nine points was allowed by both teams.

Barge

Junior forward Jillea Fox was a force for Ferndale as she totaled 20 points, 16 rebounds (nine offensive), four assists and three blocked shots.

Junior guard Kayla Washington added 11 points, and sophomore guard Brooklyn Larrabee had six points, five assists and five steals.

Sehome sophomore Kate Schroeder led her team with seven points, and junior center Aspen Barge led the Mariners with seven rebounds and three blocked shots.

Parcher

The Lions roared and scored the first 17 points of the game and led 30-3 after one quarter of play before taking the home win.

Sophomore guard Finley Parcher drained 10-of-18 shots, and she posted a double-double with 25 points, 11 rebounds and three steals.

Brooks

Junior forward Payton Mills had another complete game with 15 points, five steals, four assists and four boards, and junior forward Rian Stephan added nine points on 4-of-5 shooting.

The Trojans were led by senior forward Sofie Brooks who scored six points on 3-of-4 shooting.

Robbins

When Lexi Robbins found Jolie Paz open on the baseline with 42 seconds left in the game, Paz was able to square up and bank it off the glass and in to give the Storm a 3-point lead.

Squalicum was then able to hold on for the final moments and grab the victory at home.

It was Paz’s lone bucket of the game, but it was Robbins’ seventh assist on the night as the county’s leader in assists also finished with 11 points and a team-high six steals.

Sophomore forward Tiana Thompson led Squalicum in scoring with 15 points, and she also totaled five rebounds, four steals and three assists.

Sophomore forward Addison Kettman added nine points, eight rebounds and three steals.

Bring

The Borderites weren’t able to ride the momentum from Monday’s win as they dropped the non-conference game on the road.

Junior forward Aaliyah Bowman led Blaine with six points, and sophomore guard Kate Koreski added four points and three steals.

Sophomore guard Marcella Bring led the Borderites with four steals, and junior forward Mesa Puls led with four rebounds.
