The Borderites won their second game of the week by defeating the Grizzlies on the road.
Blaine had three players score in double digits with sophomore guard Kate Koreski leading the way with 14 points. She also had six rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Junior forward Aaliyah Bowman had 12 points and eight rebounds, and senior forward Brie Smith posted a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Junior guard Brietta Sandell added seven rebounds and four steals, and sophomore guard Marcella Bring led her team with four assists.

Meridian 63, Lakewood 59

Although the Trojans held a 13-point lead going into the fourth quarter, the Cougars came back and brought it to a one-point game with less than a minute to go, but Meridian made its free throws down the stretch and took the road win.
Sophomore forward Eden Bernardy led the Trojans with 14 points before going down with an ankle injury late in the third quarter.
Freshman guard Melanie Short came off the bench to score 12 points, and junior guard Kinsley Neal added nine points, all from beyond the arc.

The Golden Eagles hung with the Tigers early, but the overall size and shooting of Burlington-Edison won out.
Junior forward Jillea Fox led Ferndale with 14 points and seven rebounds.
