BLAINE – Bellingham defeated Blaine 7-0 in girls tennis on Wednesday. Emily Linton led the way with a 6-3, 6-2 win over Sydney Feenstra at #1 singles.
“That was a good match,” said Red Raider Coach Steve Chronister. “Both players were battling hard.”
Hope Macke, Britney Butcher and Amya Cook also won their singles matches and the doubles teams of Louli Ziels/Hannah Hodge, Maren Nielsen-Thompson/Morgan Gass and Jewel Turner/Michelle Breeding completed the sweep for the Red Raiders.
