Each member of Ferndale’s roster (the majority of which are underclassmen) came into the match and contributed last night, even under stressful situations and tight scores, and performed with poise and aggressiveness, which should prove to be an important building block for the future.

“What’s interesting about this short season is that our next season in fall 2021 is right around the corner,” Ferndale coach Patti Hoelzle said in an email. “So as much as we are grateful to play and develop our current teams, we are also excited about building next year’s squad, and building foundational pieces for the future as well.”
The Golden Eagles finished the season with a 9-4 record.
