On this day in Whatcom County football history:
2018: The Squalicum Storm pick up a 45-7 win over Meadowdale, and with that victory head coach Nick Lucey won his 40th game at Squalicum to become the school’s all-time winningest coach. Senior quarterback Spencer Lloyd couldn’t be stopped, as he ran for 210 yards and four touchdowns on just 10 carries.
