Squalicum’s Superman had a huge season. A student of the game, and he has a true passion for the sport. His 1547 rushing yards is the most ever by a quarterback in a season in Whatcom County history. A homerun threat on every snap, but can also wear defenses down. Rarely turned the ball over, only threw interceptions on 2.7% of his passes. Didn’t play a ton on defense, but came in as an outside linebacker in key moments of the game. He seemed to get huge quarterback sacks each time his team needed it. Put the entire team on his back, and led them to a conference championship. Also averaged nearly 40 yards per punt. He was named All-Conference 2nd Team at quarterback.
