Many coaches have told me the same thing. They say, “The best thing about juniors is when they become seniors.” It sounds simple, but it’s true. Last season Tucker was a backup safety that would come in and make a few plays here and there. After bulking up, he switched positions to outside linebacker, and his aggressive style of play stood out on the field. A fierce tackler and a fiery leader. Also provided a great target in a pinch as a wide receiver. Caught seven passes for 90 yards against Marysville-Pilchuck. But, defense was his game. He was named All-Conference 1st Team at linebacker.
