There seems to be a trend in this new year, as Pelton makes the third running back named in a row today. He’s also the fourth highest rated sophomore on the list. Outstanding athlete that fits the bill of a Ferndale fullback. Provides awesome punch up the middle on dive plays, always gaining positive yardage. He can also catch the ball out of the backfield, and once he breaks through the line, he rarely gets caught from behind. Knowing that he’ll be around for the next two years will keep some coaches up around the WesCo 3A North.
