It might be a surprise to some for how high he is on this list, but it wouldn’t be for his coaches, teammates or opponents. Furdyk is the ultimate team player, and one of my favorites to watch. He filled in at right guard early in the season, and has the ability to play at other spots on the line. A tremendous defensive lineman that made big stops in key moments. The Lions usually have either big bodies up front, or extremely quick guys that are a little smaller. He was the in-between guy that had size and speed. His seven tackles for loss led Lynden.
