One of the best pure kickers that Whatcom County has ever produced. His 17 career field goals is tied for the most in Whatcom County history. His kickoffs this year were high and very deep, usually into the end zone. There have been many great kickers in this decade, with Santiago Lopez, Alex Tyska and Kyle Sentkowski, and Samoukovic belongs right up there with them. Was named All-State last season, and could be again this season. Was named All-Conference 1st Team for the second year in a row.
