An impressive specimen, and then you watch him play football and he’s even more impressive. Extremely athletic at guard, but really makes his best plays on the defensive line. Played all three positions on the defensive line, depending on the scenario. He was moved to nose tackle in overtime against Nooksack Valley, and his stop on the two-point conversion won the game for the Mariners. His ability to put pressure on the quarterback, especially late in games, was truly impressive. He could also come off the edge and block extra points and punts as good as anyone. A tremendous overall talent. He was named All-Conference 1st Team at both offensive line and defensive line.
