His 112 receiving yards per game is the fourth highest in Whatcom County history, for a season. Despite constant double teams, he made plays at every opportunity. Also, a devastating run blocker. Plays like Terrell Owens, without the diva mentality. A defensive ball-hawk at safety. Tremendous anticipation allowed him to blow plays up. Almost had his second defensive touchdown of the season, but it was called back due to a penalty behind the play. He was named the 1A NWC Offensive Player of the Year, and was also named All-Conference 1st Team at defensive back.
