Whatcom Preps Analysis:
Truly great numbers, generated by one of the best baseball careers in Whatcom County history. I would have loved to see what he could have done if he didn’t miss over a year due to COVID. He led the entire county with 27 runs batted in while blasting three homeruns. Even his outs were baseballs that were obliterated. Another great leader that wanted to win more than anyone. A plus defender that will likely be a super corner infielder at the next level.

“Cade Slayton really stepped up in his leadership role this season. He has been a member of our program since he was a bat boy and has been around a number of teams that have been successful and has seen what it takes to compete at the state level. He was solid offensively and defensively and earned first team all NW Conference.”
