Whatcom Preps Analysis:
In my opinion, I think Lincoln could be the most underrated baseball player in Whatcom County. Probably the top relief pitcher in the area, but also a big-time starter when needed. He was the only pitcher in Whatcom County with a WHIP under one. If you’re not familiar, that means that he allows less than one runner on base per inning. A very impressive stat. He also filled spots in the outfield when needed, and struck out just four times in 44 plate appearances.

“Lincoln just gets better each and every day at baseball. He did not play a lot of baseball growing up and he has such a high ceiling on being a great baseball player. His coach ability in his work ethic have allowed him to become a solid baseball player not only offensively but defensively and on the mound as well. He was another arm in our strong pitching staff and at one point made appearances in five consecutive games on the mound in late innings. He not only is a great starting pitcher but has the ability to come in late in the game to shut things down. He also has a great work ethic in the cages and his hitting shows that.”
