Whatcom Preps Analysis:
After seeing what he did in football and basketball this year as a freshman, I wasn’t surprised to see him star on the baseball field. He batted fifth in the lineup since game one, and was consistently great. In an era of baseball where you see a lot of strikeouts and walks, he’s a player that rarely does either. He puts the ball in play, and usually does something very good with it. Will likely be relied upon much more in the years to come as a pitcher as well. A really fun player to watch. Ended up second on his team in hits, batting average and runs batted in.
