He can play all over the field, and did. The kind of player that every team could always use, and would really want. Always finds a way to get on base (career .455 OBP), and then do damage when he does (18 career stolen bases). A workhorse on the mound, that is never in a hurry, and has a quick move to first base. A competitive baseball player that does everything very well.

“Bennett really matured as a ball player this year. He pitched really well in games that he didn’t get a lot of run support, but he stayed focused in adversity and went deep into games to keep us in them. He also had some great AB’s getting pitchers to go deep into counts and fouling off pitches he didn’t like until he got one in his zone.”
