Whatcom Preps Analysis:
The Shohei Otani of Whatcom County. Another great season on the mound put in by Mason, including an amazing duel against Simonsen at Lynden. He also flirted with a .500 average for about 90% of the season before eventually falling to .482. He led Whatcom County in hits, doubles and runs batted in by a very large margin. Played all over the infield, and played well. A unique athlete that doesn’t come around very often.
