Whatcom Preps Analysis:
An awesome second half of the season vaulted Cerda into this list and up the list. He plays with a rare kind of excitement that is contagious. Belted a home run to left field halfway through the season, which gave him the confidence to succeed, which he did after that point. He’s played all over the field, but seems to have settled nicely in center field. Throws hard on the mound as well, in late inning situations.
