Whatcom Preps Analysis:
He had a down year, as far as batting average goes, but he didn’t really get good pitches to hit. As a result, he walked a lot (20 times), and boasted an on-base percentage of .468. Great stroke from the left side, and can spray it all over the field. Blaine loves to run, and he was no exception, stealing 15 bases. A vacuum in center field, that can cover a ton of ground. He should have a huge season next year.
