His senior season could almost be broken up into three seasons. Part 1: A dominate pitcher that was used in right field when he wasn’t on the mound. A terrible arm injury while pitching put him in to… Part 2: Cheering from the dugout as his teammates rallied around him and continued winning. And then, Part 3: The slugging designated hitter. Not able to play in the field, Hermanutz’s power from the left side of the plate was on display as he belted a pair of homeruns late in the season which helped vault Lynden deep into the playoffs.
