“Amelie is an athlete I asked to play in a position she wasn’t necessarily familiar with. I saw her speed and jumping ability and thought I would be stupid if I didn’t put her in the middle blocker role! Amelie quickly became one of the best blockers in Whatcom County. As the season progressed, her volleyball IQ just grew and grew. We are excited to see where this off season will take her!”
