GRANITE FALLS – Meridian got off to a fast start, and cruised past Granite Falls 25-3, 25-11 and 25-13 in a non-conference match on Friday night.
The Trojans hit .354 as a team and served up a whopping 21 aces.
Senior Rainn Hull had eight aces herself, with Avery Neal tallied five aces to go with her eight digs and two kills.
The Claeys sisters were at it again with Emry dominating at the net with 27 kills on 36 attempts, and Hayden dishing out 30 assists to go with five kills and three aces.
The Trojans (4-0) will be at Lynden Christian on Tuesday at 7:00.
